At Laon, we are looking for a Product Designer to work alongside our clients in building functional prototypes and defining the business rules of systems. Your main responsibilities: * Actively participate in client meetings to understand their needs and translate them into practical, visual solutions; * Create navigable prototypes in Figma, focusing on usability and clarity of business rules; * Map user flows and journeys, structuring screens and components in a scalable way; * Work side-by-side with Account Managers, Developers, and QAs to ensure consistency among design, business rules, and implementation; * Document design decisions, rules, and behaviors to support technical development; * Monitor delivery stages to ensure the final product maintains the defined quality standards. What we expect from you: * Prior experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or equivalent role (minimum 3 years); * Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, prototyping, and components; * Strong analytical ability and understanding of business rules and system logic; * Excellent communication skills, especially when facilitating client meetings and presenting solutions; * Organizational skills and attention to detail — you’ll be the bridge between idea and actual product; * Experience in software projects (SaaS, internal systems, or digital platforms); * Familiarity with software development technical terminology (you don’t need to code, but you must understand the conversation!); What we offer: An environment of accelerated growth A structured career path Competitive base salary + variable compensation Flexible benefits A strong culture of feedback and development Why Laon?
