Focus on exceeding sales targets **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Sales Promoter to work in Curitiba \- PR. The professional will be responsible for approaching customers inside the partner establishment to offer and promote the Cooper Card and Cooper Bank. Responsibilities: Proactively approach customers inside the partner retail location to publicize and offer Cooper Card and Cooper Bank products; Clearly and objectively present product advantages and benefits, focusing on persuasion and conviction; Achieve monthly established targets, consistently striving to exceed results; Organize promotional materials at points of sale, ensuring visibility and supporting the sales strategy; Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, delivering an excellent shopping experience; Monitor completed sales, recording and reporting results and customer feedback to the supervisor. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Sales experience; Previous experience achieving and exceeding sales targets; Strong communication skills; Proactivity and dynamism. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,043\.39 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Allowance: R$28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Base salary: R$ 2\.043,39 \+ variable commissions \+ benefits.
