We are seeking a Planning Analyst to strengthen our PMO team. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Update and maintain document lists**, ensuring compliance, organization, and availability of information for relevant departments; * **Update and enhance spreadsheets supporting Earned Value Management (EVM)**, contributing to project performance monitoring through structured indicators and decision-support analyses; * **Develop continuous improvements and automation in spreadsheets**, identifying opportunities for optimization; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Knowledge of planning; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Knowledge of Primavera P6 (a plus); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
