Position: Planning Technician II Work Location: Klabin Factory \- Monte Alegre \- Telêmaco Borba Employment Type: IN-PERSON \| Salary: R$ 5\.836,92 Job Responsibilities: * Develop activity and service plans using tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Excel, issuing WBS, activity lists, schedules, physical-financial progress curves (S-curves), and resource histograms (labor and materials), and generating reports in Power BI. * Monitor and control the physical and financial execution of services, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and established budgets. * Monitor and control the physical and financial execution of services, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and established budgets. * Request, receive, and verify invoices, as well as monitor and control project billing. * Control and/or monitor project materials, placing orders according to the service schedule. * Monitor on-site service execution, providing technical guidance to the planning team under their responsibility, and supporting the team’s logistics for out-of-routine operations, such as emergencies and scheduled/general shutdowns. * Issue and/or validate technical and control documents, such as Daily Construction Reports (RDO), Measurement Bulletins (BM), among others. * Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of the client-provided construction portfolio, supporting budget preparation. * Prepare preliminary construction portfolio delineation using tools such as electronic mock-ups, contributing to project definition. * Monitor and track the execution of delineations and field teams, performing measurements and quantifications of services to validate planning and initiate projects. * Identify specific characteristics of operational areas to develop and/or revise physical and financial schedules, WBS, and execution S-curves. * Plan project procurement, considering inventory levels, delivery lead times, and company internal policies.
