Maintaining courteous and empathetic service to ensure customer satisfaction Position: Pharmacy Assistant at Farmais Hauer (with Experience) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced pharmacy assistant to work at the counter, providing high-quality service to customers. This professional will be responsible for providing information about medications, advising on proper usage of health products, selling medications, and ensuring the organization of the service counter. Responsibilities: * Serving customers at the counter, providing information about medications and health products. * Advising on dosages and indications of medications. * Organizing and restocking products at the counter and on shelves. * Conducting sales and recording products. * Assisting with inquiries regarding health products and medications. * Maintaining courteous and empathetic service to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Experience as a pharmacy assistant. * Knowledge of medications and health products. * Strong communication and public service skills. * Preferably, familiarity with sales systems and product registration.
