Job Summary: A hotel is seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, painting, and cleaning of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with minor renovations and ensuring building safety. The hotel seeks a Building Maintenance Assistant in Ponta Grossa. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the hotel's electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and air-conditioning systems. Carry out repairs to furniture, equipment, and hotel structures. Perform painting and maintenance of walls, floors, and ceilings. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas in the hotel. Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, and other electrical components. Replace faucets, showerheads, and other hydraulic fixtures. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities. Assist with minor renovations and construction work within the hotel. Ensure safety and preservation of hotel facilities. Previous experience as a Building Maintenance Assistant, Cleaning Assistant, General Services Assistant, or Building Conservation Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
