Maintain communication with clients, architects, and suppliers to ensure alignment DJG GAN CONSTRUÇÕES, a company operating in the civil construction sector, is seeking a **BUILDING TECHNICIAN** with proven experience in retail projects (stores, shopping malls, franchises, supermarkets, or similar). The professional will be responsible for monitoring, executing, and delivering construction projects with quality, within established timelines and budgets. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Supervise and monitor the progress of retail construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control. · Lead internal teams and service providers, ensuring operational efficiency and safety at construction sites. · Monitor schedules, perform measurements, track budgets, and prepare project progress reports. · Maintain communication with clients, architects, and suppliers to ensure alignment across project phases and deliverables. · Ensure compliance with technical standards, occupational safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Availability to work from Monday to Saturday: · Prior experience in commercial and/or retail construction projects: · Experience in team management: · Knowledge of construction planning, **reading of drawings**, budgeting, and cost control. · Willingness to travel (when necessary). **HIRING (position open for negotiation):** Contract as an Independent Legal Entity (PJ) with issuance of service invoice (NF) **Compensation: R$ 3.000,00 - R$ 4.000,00** · Transportation – Covered by the Company · Accommodation – Covered by the Company CLT Employment Contract **Compensation: R$ 3.000,00 - R$ 4.000,00 + R$ 485,0 Cost-of-Living Allowance + Benefits:** · Transportation – Covered by the Company · Accommodation – Covered by the Company · Wellhub (formerly Gympass) 2 (two) monthly telenutrition consultations | 2 (two) monthly telepsychology consultations; 15% (fifteen percent) discount on laboratory tests from the Dasa network; Discount on medications at the Pague Menos pharmacy chain.
