Job Summary: This role supports the structuring, monitoring, and validation of KPIs and OKRs; organizes and processes data for analysis and decision-making support; and assists in building and evolving Power BI dashboards. Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset that transforms our employees into a high-performance team. **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Support the structuring, monitoring, and validation of KPIs and OKRs; * Organize and process data sets for analysis and decision-making support; * Support the development and evolution of dashboards in Power BI; * Support process and control automation; * Update and improve management dashboards and reports; * Interact with various departments across the company; * Support initiatives from the Engineering and Innovation area, with a focus on data analysis. **What do you need to have or know?** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a Technology degree in Production and/or Manufacturing Management; * Interest and affinity for data analysis and management; * Basic knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation, use of Power Query, and understanding of data modeling); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability to work fully onsite at CIC. **What will you find here?** * National health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental insurance plan; * Gympass; * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria at manufacturing facilities; * Transportation allowance or parking subsidy; * Private pension plan.
