Job Mission
Responsible for operating, inspecting, and cleaning industrial equipment within the manufacturing process area, aiming to comply with all operational procedures, ensuring safety and quality requirements, preventing waste, and reducing operational costs.
Main Responsibilities
Operate and maintain process area equipment according to corresponding procedures;
Develop proficiency in operation and maintenance across at least one process area;
Periodically conduct inspections on the production process and product to monitor and record quality parameters per established standards through execution of operational routines;
Perform raw material receipt and CIP operations;
Carry out laboratory control analyses to ensure smooth progress of the production process, as stipulated by operational procedures;
Apply TPM methodology as a daily management tool, actively participating in DCS meetings, using the RCFA tool, and actively engaging in the Autonomous Management Team within your work area;
Execute workplace organization and cleaning tasks by adhering to standard operational routines, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment;
Participate in continuous improvement of performance indicators in your work area through involvement in continuous improvement teams;
Record production data in the SAP system and raise maintenance notifications in this system for anomalies identified in your work area;
Restore basic conditions of equipment in your work area;
For members of the Food Safety Team (ESA), it is their responsibility to study HACCP, implement it, conduct reviews, and maintain the system per procedure PR\-COR\-TCP\-075;
Perform activities related to CCPs and PRPs per procedure. Responsibility applies to employees working on equipment/areas designated with CCPs and PRPs.
Academic Qualification
Completed high school education.
Requirements
Experience in industry/production;
Availability for third shift \- 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM;
Availability for second shift \- 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM\.
