Job Summary: Professional to operate a mini loader on highway construction sites, performing sweeping, spreading, and earthmoving tasks, while ensuring the equipment functions properly. Availability for travel and accommodation \-Work on highway construction projects paving \-Operate a mini loader, handling controls including gear shifting, steering, and bucket elevation, to sweep road surfaces, spread, excavate, and move soil, stones, sand, gravel, and/or similar materials \-Responsible for correctly operating machine controls and maintaining proper equipment functionality **Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience \- Valid Brazilian driver's license category C or D \- Relevant training or course **Working Hours:** \- To be determined \- Availability for day and/or night shifts \- Availability for travel and on-site accommodation **Work Location:** Ponta Grossa-PR to Ortigueira-PR region Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
