Responsibilities: * Operate forest cranes safely and efficiently according to company procedures; * Load logs onto trucks or yards, or feed logs and forest residues into the chipper, as assigned; * Conduct daily inspections and basic preventive maintenance on equipment, identifying and reporting mechanical failures; * Monitor fuel and lubricant consumption, ensuring rational usage and optimal machinery performance; * Maintain crane cleanliness, appearance, and good condition; * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Collaborate with the operational team, maintaining constant communication regarding any incidents or improvement opportunities; * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical and operational skills; * Maintain operation records and reports, providing accurate information for production control and management; * Perform other related duties as required and directed by leadership.
