Job Summary: The HR internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about career counseling and jobhunting, supporting consultants and clients undergoing professional transitions. Main Responsibilities: * Provide direct support to career consultants and jobhunters * Organize and standardize resumes according to the consultancy’s template * Support adjustments and organization of professional profiles (resume and LinkedIn) * Attend to career counseling clients (WhatsApp, e-mail) * Support consultancy routines and reemployment projects * Prospect and map job openings aligned with clients’ profiles * Organize controls, spreadsheets, and client follow-ups * Assist in scheduling sessions, meetings, and follow-ups What We Expect From You: * Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Strong written and verbal communication skills (attention to writing is essential) * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible for meeting deadlines * Proficient with digital tools * Genuine interest in careers, the labor market, and professional reemployment * Proactive, collaborative profile with strong client-service attitude Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
