Perform installation and maintenance activities Internship for students of Systems Analysis and Development, IT Management, and related undergraduate programs (university-level only) Stipend: R$1\.200,00 \+ R$21,75 (per day transportation and meal allowance) Schedule: Monday to Friday, either from 11:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. OR from 9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., with a 15-minute break Location: Near Hauer Terminal Responsibilities: Provide support to the Technical Support department, assist in clarifying technical questions, help resolve issues, accompany and assist with activities related to the Technical Support department, perform installation and maintenance tasks, assist with telephone support and incident logging, and guide and clarify technical questions for customers regarding incidents.
