Requirements: **Responsibilities and duties:** * Serve as a reference and methodology leader in executing strategic projects assigned by Portfolio, with strong cross-functional and cross-squad collaboration; * Ensure projects align with Paraná Banco's objectives, guaranteeing efficiency, predictability, and quality in execution; * Establish, evolve, and sustain project management rituals, processes, and procedures, contributing to organizational maturity; * Create and maintain integrated schedules, reporting progress, costs, deviations, and impacts on each governed project; * Rigorously manage deadlines and risks associated with critical deliverables, anticipating risks and proposing mitigation and contingency plans; * Manage cross-level dependencies and impediments, removing barriers that impact value delivery and proposing solutions to protect project execution amid scope changes and reprioritizations; * Act as a bridge between strategy and operations, connecting Portfolio, Product, Technology, and Business areas; * Conduct tactical and executive alignment meetings, presenting status, risks, decisions, and next steps objectively; * Ensure decisions and solutions align with Paraná Banco’s strategic objectives and KPIs, creating executive, tactical, and operational indicators for project monitoring, ensuring result measurement and traceability between initiative, project, and delivered outcome. **Expected outcomes:** * Projects aligned with corporate objectives, with predictable timelines, costs, quality, and results; * Reduced risks and rework; * Smooth and integrated execution; * Qualified decision-making supported by indicators; * Strengthened project governance; * Continuous project improvement; * Protection of expected project value, even amid scope changes, reprioritization, or operational constraints. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields; * 5+ years of experience managing strategic and/or complex projects, preferably in medium- or large-scale corporate environments; * Proven experience in cross-functional projects involving multiple areas, stakeholders, and dependencies; * Experience in regulated or highly governed environments (e.g., finance, technology, compliance, risk, legal), where applicable; * Ability to operate without micromanagement, focusing on direction, governance, risk, and decision-making; * Capacity to shield project execution from changes and reprioritizations; * Ability to influence the evolution of organizational maturity in project management. **Desirable requirements:** * Certifications in project management or agility, such as: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, Kanban; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
