Then come work with us! **This is an on-site position in Guarapuava\- Paraná.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform statistical analyses of production data, identifying correlations between raw material variables and product attributes. Use statistical techniques to monitor process quality and identify improvement opportunities. Apply quality methodologies and tools—such as PDCA, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, among others—to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions based on analytical findings. Coordinate customer complaint analyses, focusing on high-complexity incidents, and promote continuous improvements in service quality. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, monitoring process and product performance. Identify trends and deviations through KPIs, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Conduct technical evaluations and release materials under observation, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Communicate quality deviations identified in suppliers’ raw materials, ensuring rapid and effective responses to resolve issues. Support supplier selection through evaluation of product samples and monitoring of equipment and material performance during production. Conduct regular training sessions for laboratory technicians, ensuring they are proficient in laboratory procedures and general laboratory operating instructions. Support the technical assistance team in analyzing customer complaints, contributing to root cause investigation and implementation of improvements. Manage the laboratory budget, controlling costs related to equipment maintenance, material procurement, and other resources essential for optimal departmental operation. Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) in routine analyses of the paper manufacturing process. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s Degree: Field: Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Management, Biology, or Chemistry. Proficiency with Google tools; Quality tools; Regulations applicable to paper packaging.
