We’re seeking a candidate responsible for executing pricing analyses and routines to enhance competitiveness and profitability, supporting decisions on markup, NET rate, and market- and channel-specific rules (including metasearch channels such as Skyscanner). This role requires strong analytical foundations and collaboration with Growth, Global, Partnerships, Product/Data, and Media teams. **In this role, you’ll be responsible for:** * Monitoring price competitiveness and availability by channel, market, and key corridors. * Conducting pricing performance analyses (conversion, CPB, ROI, contribution, NSR, cancellations, ADR) and identifying opportunities. * Proposing and implementing markup/NET rate adjustments and pricing rules per market, under guidance from the senior team. * Supporting commercial and pricing model testing on metasearch (e.g., CPC vs. Split Margin), building analyses and tracking results. * Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and alerts (e.g., declining competitiveness, no-results scenarios, margin fluctuations). * Investigating root causes of price- and offer-related conversion/ROI declines and proposing action plans. * Ensuring data quality and consistency of implemented pricing rules (checks and validations). * Supporting performance rituals with pricing inputs (insights, hypotheses, recommendations). **What we expect from you (experience, soft and hard skills):** * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; * Tableau (or equivalent BI tool) for analysis and dashboards; * Solid understanding of funnel analysis and unit economics (conversion, margin, ROI, CPB); * Ability to design tests and interpret results (A/B or quasi-experiments); * Analytical mindset and results orientation; * Organization and prioritization; * Clear communication with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical); * Sense of urgency and autonomy in execution; * Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Basic SQL; * Experience with metasearch (Skyscanner and similar) and CPC/CPA/RevShare/Split Margin models; * Prior experience in travel/e-commerce/marketplace industries; * Knowledge of pricing dynamics (parity, elasticity, markups); * Fluent Spanish.
