The **Klabin Internship Program** aims to attract and **develop** students committed to their personal and professional **development**, with the goal of building Klabin's new generation. In practice, the intern is integrated into our **projects** and **technologies**, while simultaneously advancing in areas such as **personal branding**, **emotional intelligence**, **public speaking**, **diversity**, among others. **Learn about our challenge:** The intern will support the Process Development department, an area operating across the entire factory, focused on reducing operational costs, optimizing processes, increasing production, and ensuring stability in production areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the pulp manufacturing production process, focusing on process improvement and cost reduction for production inputs. * Support implementation of quality and productivity improvement projects. * Assist process engineers in project data analysis. * Support supplier qualification and cost reduction projects. * Monitor the cardboard production process, supporting problem resolution, production maximization, statistical process evaluation, and process stabilization. **Additional Information:** Reside in Telêmaco Borba/PR or nearby cities, and be available to work onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering program; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); Statistical knowledge; Intermediate/Advanced English; Quality tools – preferred. **.** ----- At Klabin, we care for our team with benefits that promote well-being, security, and development.
