That’s what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.* We are seeking a Service Electromechanic II, whose mission will be to coordinate and execute on-site equipment assembly activities according to project specifications, aiming to meet delivery deadlines, cost targets, and predefined quality standards. Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic adjustments to machines/equipment to maintain them in optimal operating condition. **Job Description** * Execute the agreed-upon project, install and/or replace parts, reprogram, test, and release for production. Prepare and submit reports related to performed services, per procedure. * Visit customers to assess existing plant conditions for equipment assembly. * Coordinate and guide third-party assembly teams, assigning tasks and providing necessary technical support to fulfill project requirements. * Monitor and evaluate physical progress of the project against deadlines, identifying required actions to prevent delays. Inspect and approve completed work. * Coordinate and/or execute equipment start-up services. * Arrange customer acceptance of project completion by presenting the delivery protocol. Suggest improvements to the assembly process. * Perform assembly operations. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and/or regulations regarding work processes, quality management systems, environment, health, safety, and labor legislation; safeguard organization, custody, security, and confidentiality of documentation under your responsibility; and maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Perform other related duties as directed by your immediate supervisor. **Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum experience in the field. * Knowledge of standard equipment, process bridges, and chain hoists. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. * Knowledge of frequency converters and inverters (NRs 01, 06, and 10 — mandatory); NRs 11 and 35 desirable. * Desirable knowledge of electronics. * Desirable knowledge of industrial automation. * Proficiency in Word and Outlook. * Valid driver’s license (Category B). * Updated knowledge of administrative routine practices. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Employee Assistance Program — Lifeworks (psychological counseling, social assistance, financial consulting, and legal advisory services). * Complimentary medical assistance for employees, with only co-payment required. * Dental assistance. * Life insurance. * Meal allowance. * On-site cafeteria or meal voucher (VR), depending on position. * We provide specialized training on high-quality products, supply all necessary equipment and PPE, and uphold excellent company work practices and training programs. **What makes us special:** We offer a stimulating and challenging role within a multicultural and global team.
