




Responsible for coordinating the Risk Management and Asset Security teams, acting strategically in the development, implementation, and monitoring of controls and contingency plans, aiming to ensure security, compliance, and operational integrity. ### **Main Responsibilities and Duties** **1\. Leadership and Team and Process Management** * Lead, guide, and supervise the RM and security teams, ensuring goal achievement and process compliance. * Develop and implement effective controls, contingency plans, and the Risk Management Plan (**RMP**), performing periodic updates. * Oversee professional management (surveys, registration, and database updates) to ensure qualification and compliance. * Participate in strategic asset security meetings, reporting new procedures and monitoring system implementation. * Register and monitor service invoices in the system (Administrative Management). **2\. Risk and Transportation Security Management** * Ensure full knowledge and continuous monitoring of the Risk Management process, seeking incident mitigation. * Monitor transportation operations, verifying compliance with insurance policy clauses and preventing shipment of goods exceeding insured values or violating regulations. * Implement risk management for **Special Customers** with specific requirements. * Conduct follow-up visits to facilities to monitor asset security and provide guidance. * Prepare charts and statistical reports for departmental performance analysis. **3\. Insurance, Claims, and Service Provider Management** * Manage relationships and negotiations with **Insurance Brokers** and **Risk Managers**. * Perform **claims opening and follow-up** with the insurer, including documentation management (collection, filing, and control) and inspection monitoring when required. * Analyze and control **DDRS Letters** (Declaration of Waiver of Subrogation Rights). * Monitor transportation insurance endorsement, ensuring policy compliance. * Evaluate penalty and damage reports, providing technical and compliance opinions. * Request quotations for services and equipment, seeking optimal cost-benefit ratios. **4\.
