External Merchandising Promoter – Volta Redonda

If you are a proactive professional, flexible in the face of change, and committed to continuous improvement, **join us**! **All our positions are open to people with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Execute the promotion programs defined by the company or supplier, assisting in the correct product display, shelf organization, storage, and stock replenishment; * Monitor competitors’ pricing; * Distribute and install promotional materials at points of sale (POS), providing training and commercial conditions that encourage product purchases; * Present and inform customers about the promotions offered by the company, making promotional materials available to customers and clarifying any questions regarding products and promotions; * Manage a fixed portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities within that portfolio, meeting visitation targets per client and client groups; * Keep clients updated on new products launched in the pharmaceutical market; * Maintain and develop commercial relationships with potential clients; * Manage the schedule of client visits and track clients’ average consumption. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in face-to-face customer service; * Experience in store layout design and route planning; * Must own a car and hold a Class B driver’s license; * Prior experience in the PHARMA market is considered an advantage but is not mandatory; **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Partnerships and agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational platform and development programs; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Mileage reimbursement; **Location:** External operations in Volta Redonda/RJ We are **GrupoSC**: the industry’s extension, offering customer solutions focused on patients and consumers, composed of major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
