**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Work on rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) or 12x36 shift schedule. — Flexible working hours required. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code* Conduct daily Gemba Walks for safety and organization audits; * Manage the technical cleaning team; * Monitor activities and provide support in their execution; * Manage alerts and risk mitigation (One Page, incidents/near-misses, ergonomics); * Update and ensure implementation of Safety Data Sheets, proper use of PPE, and adherence to safety standards during all activities; * Monitor periodic medical examinations and energy/environmental performance indicators; * Develop and support the (N-1) team in daily routines and continuous improvement; * Manage team morale, especially during peak production periods; * Ensure three annual “Declics” for the entire team; * Ensure operator qualifications (BHF) and manage daily Shift Handover and OPE; * Serve as backup for critical positions; * Identify and resolve bottlenecks via the company’s internal system; * Address internal and external non-conformities; * Keep QAP and Reaction Rules up to date; * Monitor KPIs and conduct PDVs; * Ensure production aligns with workstation balancing; * Lead improvements via SWK (Standard Work Kaizen – continuous improvement) and SWA (Standard Work Audit – standard work audit); * Reduce waste and propose improvements. **Requirements:*** Completed high school education; * Prior experience leading a cleaning team; * Proficiency in using technology and Microsoft Office suite; * Flexible working hours. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Childcare allowance, Commuter bus service, Profit-sharing program, On-site meals
