In this role, you are expected to: * Analyze and respond to third-party interferences, ombudsman inquiries, and official notifications; * Provide support and assistance in managing Work Management activities; * Accompany site visits and audits; * Analyze SSC and RDO event logs from the Distribution area; * Analyze results of preventive maintenance; * Plan and schedule maintenance and switching work orders (PIE and ISR); * Prepare reports; Professional Challenge: * Be a protagonist and develop new work opportunities. * Demonstrate empathy and collaborate effectively within a team.
