Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, preparing, and executing various civil construction activities, ensuring smooth project progress. Key Highlights: 1. Organizes and prepares the worksite 2. Constructs and repairs various structures 3. Collaborates with teams across all phases of construction \- Responsible for organizing, preparing, and cleaning the worksite, as well as for the use, handling, storage, and transportation of machinery, tools, and materials to ensure high-quality service delivery; also performs any tasks that impact the execution of assigned activities; \- Reviews project plans, requests and prepares necessary materials, constructs and repairs foundations, concrete structures, masonry, and roofing; \- Applies finishes and screeds, lays bricks, tiles, masonry units, and similar materials, builds foundations, erects walls, fences, and other similar constructions, and repairs structural elements of buildings, houses, and other constructions; \- Prepares mortar and/or plaster for any activity arising on-site, working across multiple construction and repair fronts as required, ensuring smooth progress at each project stage; \- Maintains worksite organization and hygiene, collaborating with teams throughout all construction phases, with a focus on safety and efficient task execution. – Willingness to travel; **– We operate with an overtime bank system;** Benefits: – Transportation allowance; – On-site meals; – Basic food basket (awarded based on attendance); – Group life insurance; Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.934,80 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Group life insurance * Transportation allowance
