





**Job Summary** Responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment, ensuring operational reliability, safety, and asset availability for logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute **preventive maintenance** according to the scheduled plan, ensuring proper equipment functionality. * Perform **technical diagnostics** and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems of forklifts. * Conduct **periodic inspections** to identify wear, failures, and repair requirements. * Carry out **performance tests** after maintenance to ensure safe release of equipment to internal customers. * Record all interventions in **work orders** and maintain an updated service history in the system. * Support **spare parts inventory management**, requesting necessary materials and supplies. * Comply with and promote **operational safety standards**, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures when required. * Monitor maintenance metrics such as **MTTR, MTBF, and operational availability**. * Collaborate with operations, safety, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. * Ensure workshop organization, tool crib management, and maintenance area cleanliness. **Technical Requirements** * Knowledge of maintenance for LPG, electric, and diesel forklifts. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. * Experience using diagnostic equipment (e.g., scanner, multimeter, torque wrench). * Familiarity with industrial safety and maintenance best practices. **Desired Soft Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Clear communication to instruct operators and document interventions.
