Dynamic environment focused on technology and problem-solving Grupo Seres is seeking a professional for the **Operations Intern** position, with the mission of supporting the Support and Implementation areas while practically developing technical and customer service competencies in a multidisciplinary environment. ### **Job Challenge** Adapt to a dynamic environment, developing autonomy in support, analytical capability, and clear communication to handle various types of problems. ### **Responsibilities** * Assist in ticket triage and initial support; * Support users with questions regarding the system; * Monitor configurations, integrations, and NFS-e issuance; * Participate in team trainings and routines; * Document प्रक्रessos and contribute to the knowledge base; * Support the team's operational activities. ### **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward); * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn; * Organization, proactivity, and teamwork; * Interest in technology and problem-solving. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of SQL or programming; * Familiarity with CRM or support tools; * Interest in tax processes or payment methods.
