




Job Summary: Work in the sewing area, preparing and operating machines and samples to assemble equipment tops and Pilates accessories, following manufacturing instructions and quality standards. Training new operators Work in the sewing area, preparing and operating sewing machines and samples for mass assembly of equipment tops and Pilates accessories, following manufacturing instructions. * Perform various sewing tasks manually or by machine; operate standard or specialized machines to produce equipment and similar textile or leather articles. * Sew fabrics, guided by markings and using appropriate needles and threads, applying required techniques and following instructions to finish the product. * Perform cutting of parts when necessary. * Know and apply workstation instructions. * Know and apply quality standards. * Release processes according to the checklist defined on the production sheet. * Perform first-level maintenance of one’s workstation/process, as per the checklist. * Ensure tidiness, order, cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline in one’s department and common factory areas—per the 5S methodology. * Comply with safety requirements for the workstation. * Alert the team leader and/or production supervisor upon detecting process anomalies, as described in the “Stop at Defect” instruction. * Actively participate in team meetings. * Train new operators at the workstation, as required by the leader. * Perform other tasks compatible with the job requirements.
