Coordinate the operation of heavy machinery (tractors, excavators, motor graders). Control schedules, materials, and resources for the earthwork department. Ensure the safety and quality of executed services. Previous experience as an Earthwork Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, Earthwork Department Head, or Earthwork Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
