We are seeking **Engine** **Assemblers** to work in **Resende \- RJ** **Responsibilities and Accountabilities – Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)** * Comply with HSE policies, use PPE, and immediately report any risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions. * Safeguard collective safety by correcting hazards within your capability and actively participating in area training. * Perform tasks with a focus on minimizing environmental impacts and maintaining a safe workplace. **Quality and Processes** * Strictly follow process documentation, visual standards, and quality tools (SPC, Poka\-yoke). * Conduct quality inspections and identify/control non-conforming materials to mitigate costs and defects. **Delivery and Operations** * Operate manual and automated equipment for product manufacturing and assembly, ensuring technical specifications and production targets are met. * Maintain area organization and perform routine autonomous maintenance/cleaning of machines under your responsibility. * Collaborate with support and maintenance teams to identify and repair equipment. **Teamwork and Continuous Improvement** * Communicate effectively with the team and actively participate in initiatives to improve workflow, processes, and safety. * Complete required technical and development training schedules. **Education, Specializations, Certifications:** High school diploma **Experience:** Intermediate experience in an industrial setting Valid Class B driver’s license (CNH B) required Shift availability required **Qualifications** **Responsibilities** **Skills:** Communicates effectively \- Develops and delivers communication in diverse ways to clearly convey understanding of specific needs across different audiences.
