




Job Summary: Professional responsible for system implementation, configuration, and support, including process analysis, user training, and resolution of technical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis and validation **Responsibilities:** * System implementation, configuration, and parameterization * Analysis of the client's business processes and validation against e\-cidade functionalities (compliance) * Validation of migrated data * Training sessions * Technical meetings * Assisted operations * Post\-implementation monitoring and support * Documentation * Use and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base * Customer relationship management * Legal compliance and best practices * Provide user support regarding questions, bug reports, training, technical meetings, configuration/parameterization, and customization requests—always leveraging the knowledge base * Register, track, and update tickets/cases with full details of actions taken, as well as records of updates and case progress * Analyze reported issues and identify solutions within the system * Provide guidance on correct usage of functionalities * Classify and prioritize tickets based on impact and urgency * Escalate tickets to technical teams (e.g., development, business units), with clear demand descriptions * Monitor responses from technical teams and keep customers informed with frequent updates **Requirements:** * Experience implementing web-based ERP systems or public sector management systems * Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and validation * Knowledge of civil servant registration, benefit and deduction registration, consigned loan control, salary calculation, vacation accrual, 13th salary, termination settlements, alimony calculations, INSS and income tax (IR) calculations, official orders (portarias), civil servant career progression, e\-social, and probationary periods * Willingness to travel **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with municipal ERP systems or public sector software * Relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) * Familiarity with ITIL or support process frameworks * Experience with ticketing and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Service Desk, Confluence) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (formal employment), Freelance / PJ Compensation: Starting at R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Volta Redonda, RJ
