




The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting General Management in administrative, operational, and control activities, contributing to the smooth operation of routines and alignment between departments. This professional works proactively, analytically, and systematically, assisting in the creation, updating, and auditing of internal procedures, monitoring indicators, and standardizing processes to ensure greater efficiency and consistency in deliverables. Additionally, they collaborate in executing action plans, monitoring deadlines, and facilitating communication across areas, providing direct support to the general manager in coordinating office demands. Key Responsibilities: * Support the general manager in organizing and tracking cross-departmental requests. * Assist in developing and standardizing operational procedures, ensuring clarity and adherence to company practices. * Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with processes and propose adjustments when necessary. * Monitor operational indicators and support data collection and performance reporting. * Track action plans and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and execution follows management guidelines. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by mapping workflows and suggesting process optimizations. * Collaborate in interdepartmental communication, helping maintain alignment and smooth daily operations. * Provide support in various managerial tasks.
