Preparation of reports, KPI analysis, and communication with customers/partners ITRACKER LOGISTICA INTELIGENTE is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the team. This position is essential for optimizing logistics processes and ensuring company efficiency. * **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and oversee road and multimodal transportation logistics operations; * Manage import/export processes related to containers; * Schedule and track container pickups and returns; * Control **free time** deadlines to avoid additional costs; * Monitor and manage **demurrage and detention**, performing verifications and negotiations with shipping lines, terminals, and customers; * Issue and verify operational documentation (CT\-e, MDF\-e, invoices, pickup orders, manifests, etc.); * Track port and terminal appointment windows; * Prepare operational reports and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Handle operational incidents and support the driver team; * Maintain direct contact with customers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and terminals; * Identify and implement operational process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. **Requirements:** * Experience in logistics * Knowledge of logistics management systems * Ability to analyze data and processes * Teamwork skills **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Total Pass Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
