Diversity is our strength!**Job Description** --------------------- Load and unload vehicles, assemble pallets, and organize products for storage. Move pallets within the warehouse without requiring a forklift. Adhere to safety and quality standards and procedures.**Requirements** -------------- High school education [currently pursuing or completed]. Reside in Resende or Itatiaia with shift availability. Knowledge of logistics processes.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1. Perform bulk and/or palletized product loading and unloading; 2. Palletize bulk-unloaded products, complying with SPS; 3. Apply stretch wrap per procedure; 4. Sort products during palletization, verifying SKU/LOT and damages upon receipt; 5. Move materials as needed using hydraulic or manual pallet jacks; 6. Use scissor lift platforms for pallet counting and retrieval; 7. Perform physical/systemic material handling using RF devices; 8. Conduct physical and systemic inventory counts using RF devices; 9. Maintain internal and external warehouse area organization and cleanliness; 10. Assist in unloading and organizing products in return, rework, damage, and scrap areas; 11. Organize pallets; 12. Justify indirect hours appropriately; 13. Comply with Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) concepts and regulations; 14. Assess and use PPE, consistently adhering to safety conditions; 15. Maintain equipment and facility infrastructure; 16. Comply with conduct, asset security, occupational safety, product safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures; 17. Perform additional tasks assigned by immediate supervisor; 18. Positively contribute to implementing OMS culture at the site; 19. Use pallet trucks for loading, unloading, and other material handling operations.
