





**Job Mission:** * Ensure the correct receipt, validation, and recording of electronic tax documents (NF\-e, CT\-e, NFS\-e, MDF\-e, etc.) in the company's tax management system, ensuring compliance with current legislation, internal guidelines, and tax compliance requirements. * Provide support to the operational team, suppliers, and related areas to ensure the quality and timeliness of tax information. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Experience:** * Minimum of 04 years of experience in indirect taxes and tax reconciliation in large companies or multinational corporations; * Experience in real profit regime and calculation of ICMS, ICMS\-ST, DIFAL, IPI, PIS, and COFINS; experience in accounting and tax reconciliation, cross-checking ancillary obligations (EFD, DCTF, ECF, ECD, PER/DCOMP); * Experience with SAP ERP and tax systems (Synchro, DFE, Guepardo, etc). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics Postgraduate degree in Tax Law, Tax Management, or related fields * **Languages:** * Intermediate English * Spanish (preferred) * German (preferred) **Specific Knowledge / Skills** * Current tax and fiscal legislation (ICMS, ICMS\-ST, DIFAL, IPI, ISS, etc); * Structure and validation of NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e, and NFS\-e XMLs; * Use and configuration of Thomson Reuters DFE tool or other tools necessary for tax compliance and recording of tax documents; * Integration between tax systems and ERP; * Tax verification process and information reconciliations; * Ancillary obligations (SPED fiscal, EFD\-Contribuições, DCTF, etc); * Analysis and resolution of tax discrepancies. **Additional Information** **Areas of Responsibility** * Receipt and validation of tax documents; * Tax recording and reconciliation; * Data integration between tax systems / Compliance and tax compliance; * Support to suppliers and internal departments; * Risk mitigation and tax compliance; * Identification of tax planning opportunities.
