Job Summary: Quality Assistant responsible for conducting customer satisfaction surveys, recording results, and relaying information to relevant departments, thereby contributing to the overall customer experience. We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via telephone after vehicle pickup and workshop services; * Record survey results in the system and open RAC (Corrective Action Request) and internal commendation records when positive customer feedback is received; * Forward survey results to Sales and After-sales Managers; * Relay information regarding customer-reported inconveniences to the respective departments; * Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of the automotive sector—including products and processes—is a plus. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Roma Toyota \- Barra Mansa/RJ;** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM;** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Dental plan; * Bem-Mais benefits program; * Various partnerships and agreements (universities, language schools, etc.); * “Welcome Baby” program; * “I Recommend Roma” referral program; * Partnership with SESC, offering access to theaters, hotels, excursions, and other activities; * Discounts on products and services offered by Group companies.
