The **Apprentice - Administrative Assistant** will operate specific systems within their area of responsibility using available software tools, contributing to streamline work routines. They will also assist in various administrative tasks within the assigned area, support the organization of physical and electronic document archives, and perform other related duties. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!** **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in various administrative activities within the assigned area; Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives; Assist with spreadsheets and data entry into departmental systems; Receive requests and either respond to them or forward them if outside their responsibility; Be proactive and contribute to the smooth operation of their assigned area; Ensure proper storage and preservation of document archives; Support internal and external customer service; And other duties related to the area. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** Age between 18 and 23 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts; High school (currently enrolled or completed) or undergraduate studies in progress; Comply with the required workload (4 hours/day) at the workplace as well as for coursework; Attend the training program guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice a week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** After hiring, the apprentice will participate in a formal apprenticeship program.
