**JOB CONTRIBUTION AND ATTITUDE** This professional is responsible for managing and executing various digital marketing and social media activities. Must be proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute the social media posting calendar by creating and publishing relevant and engaging content. * Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, maintaining a high level of customer engagement. * Develop and edit visuals, graphics, texts, and other types of digital content, including photo and video production and recording. * Stay updated on trends and technologies in the digital market, including competitor activities, suggesting new ideas and improvements. * Stay updated on franchisor guidelines. * Participate in trainings and meetings relevant to the sector. **DECISIONS** * Decide on the content and schedule of social media posts within the parameters defined by the overall marketing strategy. * Decide how to respond to customer comments and messages on social media platforms. **BEHAVIORAL AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * Written and visual communication skills. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media. * Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms. * Data analysis and data-driven orientation. **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS** * Background in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Previous experience in digital marketing or social media is desirable. **DELIVERABLES** * Regular, relevant, and engaging social media content. * High level of customer engagement on social media platforms. **Candidate Profile** We believe in the beauty of relationships through different and diverse minds that think faster and better.
