Job Summary: A professional responsible for optimizing procurement planning by integrating strategic departments to balance product availability and inventory levels, aiming for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The professional will be responsible for reducing replenishment lead times, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation, thereby contributing to operational efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced customer service levels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate closely with the Commercial team, fostering idea exchange and strategic alignment to achieve proposed objectives; * Monitor and reduce replenishment lead time, working jointly with the Procurement department to minimize delivery timelines and avoid emergency purchases; * Develop, monitor, and analyze strategic KPIs for the area, such as stockout rate, inventory turnover, service level, fill rate, inventory holding cost, obsolescence, and provisioning; * Work synergistically with After\-Sales and Services departments, anticipating demand and aligning procurement planning with actual operational needs; * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement, proposing tools and optimizations to enhance planning process efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; Prior experience in procurement planning within the agricultural sector. Skills: Analytical thinking, Commitment, Communication, Proactivity, Flexibility, and adaptability. **Additional Information** Knowledge of: Spare parts inventory management; Demand forecasting; ERP systems (SAP or similar); Agricultural market-oriented planning; Experience with BI tools (Power BI, SQL); Knowledge of SAP HANA MM module (MRP knowledge is essential).
