We are hiring a Performance Engineer to work on a hybrid project, with a focus on performance engineering, diagnosis of complex issues, and full execution of Performance Testing. Main responsibilities: • Diagnose performance issues not resolved by internal teams; • Lead the planning, strategy, and reporting of Performance Tests; • Build and execute load, stress, and volume test scripts; • Analyze results and identify application, infrastructure, and database bottlenecks; • Support the definition of technical and architectural improvements; • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams. Hybrid work in São Paulo/SP. We understand that for this role, the following experience is required: • Performance Engineering, covering the five pillars: • Software development lifecycle and architecture • Performance testing and validation • Capacity planning • Application Performance Management (APM) • Problem detection and resolution • Planning, strategy, and reporting of Performance Tests; • Building and executing Performance Test scripts; • Performance Testing tools: • LoadRunner • JMeter • NeoLoad • Cloud-based Performance Testing tools: • BlazeMeter • StormRunner Load • Modern testing methodologies (DevOps and Agile); • Knowledge of SQL databases. Preferred qualifications: • Experience diagnosing complex performance issues; • Work experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments; • Experience working with internal QA and Performance teams.
