Responsibilities: * **Support the analysis and improvement of production processes:** Contribute to process mapping and analysis, identifying opportunities for operational improvement. * **Monitor production performance indicators:** Assist in tracking key performance indicators, supporting analysis of process performance and efficiency. * **Participate in continuous improvement initiatives:** Work on projects using methodologies such as Kaizen, PDCA, and 5S, supporting implementation of improvements in the area. * **Support process standardization:** Assist in organizing and updating operational procedures, ensuring greater consistency and quality in activities. * **Monitor routines on the factory floor:** Participate in daily operations, observing processes and contributing suggestions for continuous improvement. **About Us** You may already know our brands Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®.
