So come get aluminized with us! **\#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for inventories, purchase order follow-up, invoice issuance in SAP, delegated purchases, and routine support; * Will act as focal point for HR and communications, as well as manage chemicals, petty cash, and operational assets; * Inventory management (MRP, inventories, procedures, and Reservation Handling); * FUP – Follow-up of stock orders; * Entries/payments and issuance of various invoices in SAP; * HR and Communications Focal Point; * Registration, expansion, and blocking of materials via Requisite portal; * Administrative delegated purchasing; * Support in practical matters of administrative routine; * Management of chemicals in the flammable storage and fireproof cabinet (product expiration dates, SDS, etc.); * Petty cash and toll management – payment of bills; * Operational management of assets and auctions. **Requirements and qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * High school diploma; * Office software proficiency. **Additional information** At CBA, caring for people is real, so we strive to support our employees at every moment!
