Your moment has arrived—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Coordinate with the Fleet Supervision team to identify pending items, issues, and actions required and to be carried out each day. * Attend the daily morning meeting. * Retrieve the workshop key and open the facility to conduct vehicle inspections for those departing on routes. * Communicate with parking attendants and direct each one regarding the actions to be performed upon vehicle arrival. * Conduct monthly tire inspections across the fleet to assess tread depth and tire pressure. * Weekly, take photos of all trucks and vans in the fleet to identify anomalies and send them to the corporate fleet department for joint resolution. * Monitor and track trucks arriving at the yard, providing support and guidance to workshop service providers. * Close the workshop at the end of the work shift and conduct shift handover with the incoming team. * Daily manage and count carts and cones used by driver assistants, performing counts at the start and end of each shift. * Receive trucks returning from routes; complete the vehicle checklist, recording any damages found, and inform the fleet team via the internal WhatsApp group to take appropriate action if anomalies are identified; open and close the safe after the driver withdraws cash. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Completed High School. * Technical course in Administration or Logistics, or currently pursuing a university degree—preferred. * Experience in fleet or logistics. * Desired Specific/Technical Knowledge — Hard Skills: * Microsoft Office Suite * Basic Excel * Inventory Control **Additional Information** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher / Basket * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Gympass * Pharmacy Discounts * University Discounts * Language Course Discounts **Connect your dreams to our values and let’s walk together toward the future.** Here, we are driven by our purpose: **to serve with passion, connecting paths, people, and dreams.** We achieve this through everything we transport across all four corners of Brazil—delivering health, well-being, beauty, energy, entertainment, and fun—improving people’s lives and connecting them with what they desire most.
