**Job Description – Team Leader** We are seeking a Team Leader to lead the team, organize daily activities, and ensure achievement of targets, quality, and operational standards. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate, guide, and supervise the team in daily activities * Assign tasks and ensure they are carried out correctly * Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and productivity * Ensure adherence to deadlines, targets, and quality standards * Prepare activity reports and relay information to supervision/management * Monitor usage of materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) * Resolve operational issues and support the team as needed * Maintain workplace organization and safety **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Team Leader or team supervisor * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor * Leadership capability and decision-making skills * Knowledge of the relevant field (e.g., cleaning / construction / production / logistics / maintenance, etc.) * Driver's license category B * Flexible availability * Driver's license category B **Desirable** * Completed high school education * Specific training courses related to the field of work * Basic computer literacy Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2,247.37 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Team Leader (Mandatory)
