Responsibilities and Duties of the Position: * Responsible for receiving goods and verifying them against purchase orders; * Properly storing items in designated locations to optimize space while ensuring safety and sanitary conditions; * Labeling perishable goods according to batch number and expiration date to guarantee product traceability as required by law; * Updating available stock through entries and postings of invoices in electronic inventory control systems; * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace and equipment, requesting maintenance services when necessary, and adhering to safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Conducting periodic physical inventory counts—or as requested by supervisors—to reconcile quantities with accounting balances (spreadsheets or system); * Identifying and reporting discrepancies to supervisors for tracking and corrective action; * Assisting with unloading goods from trucks to expedite the process; * Performing other tasks relevant to the area of operation, using required equipment and PPE; * Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and hygiene of production equipment; * Participating in training programs when summoned. Prerequisites and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Experience in the described activities; * Experience with Teknisa is an advantage; * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education)
