Biomedical Professional / Esthetician / Physical Therapist for Laser Specialist Position (Passo Fundo and Region)
Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Aesthetics and Cosmetology (recognized by the MEC and holding an active CNPB or CRBM license); * Undergraduate degree in Biomedicine with specialization or completed postgraduate program in Aesthetics (holding an active CRBM license); * Completed undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy, with active CREFITO registration (for the state where the professional will work); * Prior experience in customer service, client acquisition, and sales is desirable; * Availability to work on weekends on a rotating schedule. * Perform laser hair removal technical procedures; * Conduct client assessments; * Provide guidance and clarify doubts regarding our laser hair removal service; * Document and track client sessions in the system, recording parameters used and treatment-related information in the electronic medical record; * Monitor complications and address client questions regarding treatment outcomes, providing assistance and clarifications, as well as handling associated administrative tasks; * Sell and resell laser hair removal packages (online and/or in-person) and collect payments according to commercial policy; * Request and manage materials and supplies required for clinical procedures; * Organize and sanitize the procedure room and all used materials; * Be responsible for adhering to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and established protocols; * Ensure proper care and correct usage (in accordance with usage protocols) of the laser device, verify its proper functioning, and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment under their responsibility; * Inform all clients about the NPS survey and encourage feedback to support continuous improvement of our client relationships. 2512190202551596274

Human Development Analyst Position
Act as a strategic partner to business units, promoting initiatives focused on human development, organizational culture, employee engagement, organizational climate, and performance. Identify HR needs and support managers in people management with an emphasis on results, organizational climate, and talent development.
