




Job Summary: Responsible for customer support via Help Desk, following established procedures and escalating technical issues to the development team. Key Highlights: 1. Customer support via Help Desk 2. Follow customer service procedures 3. Escalate technical issues to the development team * Provide customer support through Help Desk tickets; * Accurately follow customer service procedures; * Escalate technical issues to the development department. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in IT, Administration, Marketing, or related fields (completed or in progress) is preferred; * Must reside in Presidente Prudente or surrounding areas.
