Job Summary:
A Mold Change Operator (Setup) is responsible for performing mold changes, adjusting machines, and ensuring product quality in accordance with safety regulations and operational procedures.

**JOB OPENING: MOLD CHANGE OPERATOR (SETUP)**
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
· Perform mold changes according to production scheduling and leadership instructions;
· Safely and precisely assemble and disassemble molds;
· Adjust and calibrate machine parameters after mold change;
· Conduct visual inspections and quality tests on initial products following mold change;
· Report technical failures or difficulties to the maintenance department and immediate supervisor;
· Maintain molds, tools, and equipment used, ensuring cleanliness and preservation;
· Comply with safety regulations, PPE usage, and standard operating procedures (SOP);
· Complete mold change records and production reporting as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**
· Completed high school education;
· Prior experience in operational or industrial activities (experience in mold changing is preferred);
· Basic ability to read and interpret production orders;
· Fundamental knowledge of mechanics and manual tool handling;
· Attention to detail;
· Organization and accountability;
· Agility and proactivity;
· Teamwork.
