Senior HR Analyst
Job Summary:
Generalist HR professional to manage recruitment processes, absenteeism, turnover, training programs, and HR metrics, as well as support internal marketing initiatives.

* Conduct recruitment processes in accordance with current procedures, including interview preparation and execution, test monitoring, application of group dynamics, and candidate feedback;
* Ensure direct monitoring of operational absenteeism and turnover, reporting findings to senior management;
* Organize, deliver, and oversee internal training programs as well as those provided by suppliers/partners;
* Monitor and update HR department metrics, providing performance feedback to senior management;
* Collaborate with HR consulting services to prepare presentations of Basic Management Unit (UGB) HR metrics for monthly results meetings (RMR);
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and monitor internal marketing campaigns;
* Conduct onboarding training and exit interviews;
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
* Prior experience in a generalist HR role;
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS);
* Easy access to Maracanaú;
* Experience in supermarket/retail sectors;
Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$2.708,23 – R$3.000,00 per month
