**Job Function Summary:** Responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing footwear purchases, ensuring a product mix aligned with customer profile, price competitiveness, inventory control, and alignment with store commercial strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan product mix by collection, category, and target audience; Conduct supplier negotiations (pricing, delivery timelines, order volumes, and commercial terms); Issue and track purchase orders; Analyze sales performance and inventory turnover; Monitor fashion trends and consumer behavior; Control inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking; Participate in pricing and margin definition; Evaluate supplier performance; Support promotional campaigns based on turnover and profitability; Generate procurement, inventory, and results reports.

**Requirements: Minimum Education:**
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
**Computer Skills:**
Intermediate Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
**Experience and Qualifications:**
Prior experience in retail purchasing, preferably in footwear or fashion;
Experience in supplier negotiation and analysis;
Knowledge of key performance indicators;
Basic understanding of inventory control;
