We value initiative, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines—without bureaucracy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze civil engineering projects to ensure alignment with strategic planning and guarantee quality and efficiency during execution; * Develop and monitor physical schedules and supply tracking, coordinating resource availability to maintain continuous project flow; * Monitor production targets, update productivity indicators, and implement improvements to maximize team performance; * Identify and analyze schedule deviations, proposing corrective strategies to recover deadlines, minimize risks, and ensure project continuity; * Build and execute replanning plans for production targets, aligning execution with project requirements and adjustments; * Prepare weekly reports with consolidated information, charts, photos, and future projections, providing a comprehensive view of activity progress and performance for the team.
