Ready for a career that pays off even more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinThePags!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct daily in-person visits to commercial establishments for active prospecting of new clients (PAP – door-to-door). * Present PagBank’s financial solutions and card machines to potential clients, focusing on meeting each individual's needs. * Manage a portfolio of corporate clients (PJ), providing consultative service, post-sales visits, and identifying new business opportunities. * Strategically operate within your assigned route, gaining deep knowledge of the region and local market. * Build strong relationships with merchants, local leaders, and influencers. * Participate in daily alignment meetings with the team (morning and afternoon) to plan strategies, share learnings, and boost results. * Record all interactions, sales, and visits in the company's internal systems. * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, always striving for excellence in customer service. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed higher education * Previous experience in sales, preferably field-based. * Experience in negotiation, argumentation, and commercial outreach. * Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email, productivity apps). **Additional information** * Experience in payment methods, acquiring, or financial solutions. * Experience in sales, preferably in the acquiring or financial services sector. * Valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle for travel.
